Simply send an email to info@ninnysnapkins.com with the subject line "Special Order" and tell us about the product(s) you wish to purchase. The more info you can provide the better and images and links are very helpful.

We will do our best to track the items down for you and then we'll give you a price. There are no additional fees for special orders, and no obligation. If you are not happy with the price we offer, no problem, simply let us know and we will not proceed. We'll also give you an estimate on when the items will arrive at our warehouse.

If you agree to the price, we will then send you an invoice which will include shipping costs. Special Order items must be paid for up front. Once you've completed payment on the invoice, we'll place the order with our supplier.

Special order items can take anywhere from a few days up to 8 weeks to reach our warehouse, but we'll do our best to be up front with these timelines. In some cases, we need to reach a minimum order with the supplier before we can go forward.

You are welcome to combine Special Order items with regularly stocked items to save on shipping, we'll make adjustments to shipping costs at the time of shipment.
