Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
Because all pre-order items are custom printed specifically for your order, payment is collected at checkout and your order is sent directly to our printer for processing. Once an order has been submitted to the printer, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
