PLEASE NOTE: Due to the Covid 19 situation some packages are taking longer then usual to arrive at their destination. This is completely out of my control and certainly not unique to my shop, and I appreciate your patience and understanding.
I am located in Ontario, Canada. I ship Worldwide. I also offer free curbside pickup at my Baxter, Ontario distribution center.
I ship 5 days a week. My local post offices are closed on weekends.
I almost always get your order shipped out within 48 hours, often much faster. Once I have mailed your items you will receive an automated e-mail. If you do not see an e-mail after 48 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting me.
If you are an International customer it is possible you will incur duty fees when receiving your package. I am in no way responsible for covering these fees.
If you have only a few small items in your cart, you may feel like the shipping charge is high. Please keep in mind that couriers have base rates, just because you only order two napkins costing $2CAD does not mean Canada Post or UPS will ship it for pennies. The good news is, you can add much more to the order and the shipping cost will not increase much, if at all. I often suggest holding off on completing your purchase until you have a larger order to make the shipping cost more efficient. If you would like to have some items held I can create an invoice for you to hold them for up to 30 days.
