Shipping Policy
We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days.
At Ninny's Napkins, we ship worldwide from Everett, Ontario, Canada, using Stallion Express, a trusted third-party courier. Your parcels will be delivered by final mile couriers such as Canada Post, USPS, ICS, PostNL, or others, based on the best option for your shipment’s size, weight, and destination. All shipments include tracking.
Delivery Times:
- Canada and USA: Typically 3-10 business days.
- International (Outside Canada and USA): Up to 30 days, but often much faster.
Free Curbside Pickup: We offer free pickup at our retail shop located inside the Everett Emporium, 6078 County Road 13, Everett, ON, L0M 1J0, Canada.
Shipping Schedule: We ship Tuesday to Friday. We strive to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. If you do not receive this email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
International Customers: Please note that if you are an international customer (outside of Canada), on rare occasions you may incur duty fees upon receiving your package, payable to the courier. These fees are not covered by us. Remember, you do not pay sales tax at the time of purchase if you are outside of Canada.
Damaged, Lost, or Misdelivered Packages: If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is delivered to the wrong address, please email us at info@ninnysnapkins.com. We will file a claim with the courier and replace your damaged or missing items. If the items are damaged, please include photos in your email.
