We ship most parcels within North America using UPS. If you prefer delivery to a PO Box, we use Canada Post or USPS through a third party courier. Please note the tracking in this case will not activate until the third party carrier delivers it to the final mile carrier.
For orders going outside of Canada and the US we use a variety of tracked services depending on the order size and destination. They can take anywhere up to 30 days to reach their destination.
Please note that we eat a portion of the cost on almost every order.
We also offer free curbside pickup at our retail shop. 6078 County Road 13, Everett, ON, L0M1J0.
We typically ship 5 days a week.
We almost always get your order shipped out within 48 hours, often much faster. Once we have mailed your items you will receive an automated e-mail. If you do not see an e-mail after 48 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
If you are an International customer (outside of Canada) it is possible you will incur duty fees when receiving your package. We are in no way responsible for covering these fees.
If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is delivered to the wrong address, please e-mail us at info@ninnysnapkins.com. We will file a claim with the courier and replace your damaged or missing items. If the items are damaged please send photos as well.
